Acadiana has a very green, very raw sophomore qb and a new OLine playing against Carencro, Catholic, and LCA. 3 great defenses and they’ll have to grow up really quick lol. Hopefully once district comes up they can get a good seed and the side of the bracket West Monroe isn’t in.

Evangel is the Nebraska of LA high school football. They are dead and buried as a program. When Calvary Baptist formed I think they lost a lot of support

I think the end started when they started accepting tuition vouchers. It became just another neighborhood school in a bad neighborhood.
Duron is now head coach, Bachman is back along with Ronnie Alexander. So their coaching staff is solid at least.

They were abysmal last year. They had 2 completions against WM. Both to a RB. ZERO receptions by WRs. I never thought that would happen at Evangel.
