Lot more speed than usual and a very good passing game to compliment the formidable ground game.

3A Parkview Baptist/East Feliciana

1A Haynesville/Kentwood
i hate how West Monroe always seems to win it no matter how down they are. maybe this is the year for Barbe?
i'm really hoping for 35 to shock Nevile... i'm licking my chops at the West Bank nightmare Holy Cross finds themselves in, but it's the semifinals so i can't be too enthusiastic. Karr went to the Dome last week when they knocked off Aug
also Evangel is somewhat familiar with Curtis as opposed to U-High and might give them an actual game in the Dome
I also want to see a 1A final between the Tors and the Roos... i just want to see OCS knocked off

Will be there rooting for the lil cousin for Springfield tonight. MLB #25. Kid is pumped and ready to take someone's head off. Doubt we win. But they seriously have nothing to loose. Not a soul gives them a chance. Teams like that can be dangerous.

I think everyone in the entire state other than current and former Curtis students are big Springfiled fans tonight. We used to have scrimmages against Springfield every Spring before the LHSAA decided we couldn't do those anymore. Best of luck-would love to have a Springfield vs U-High final in the Dome. At least it would be a change of pace.

one of the best teams they ever had(curtis).. .stubbed their toe vs Broadmoor.. and another vs Opelousas... nobody gave either a chance in those games...
Curtis is missing an integral HAMMER on defense..

I don't know if "pumped" is the right word. "Slightly interested in 14-18 year olds chasing a dead pig around a 500 square yard grass/turf field with no real consequences no matter the outcome", is a more like it.
