Rummel punted, the punt hits a Rummel player, Catholic guy goes for the ball fumbles looked like Rummel recovered but they said since it hit the Rummel player first it was a free shot at the ball.

Yeah that was pretty ticky tack and completely changed the game...was also unnecessary from the defender though
