Or how about the public’s grow a pair and decide to play the “selects” in the playoffs.

Notre dame wins 6-4
Was at the game, great comeback by ND. Gave up 4 runs in the bottom of the first and came back to win it in 9 innings.

this. Thanks for putting every public school in a lesser division bc you couldn't compete. You know who you are.

No mention of ND's pitcher's pitch count in here?

Figured our umps would be all over this one, esp after the illegal bat incident

ND GC has him starting last batter at 127

There is a screen capture of it, but I'm not capable of posting it

David Folse II tweeted it, along w rule

As someone who has worked scoreboard and GC, you don't add pitches. You miss pitches. LOL

Daily Advertiser had him at 105 to start the inning. So he started the last batter at 125

as someone who has worked scoreboard, kept books, and GC

and officiated a game or two... Yes.. .yes people do add pitches.....also.. GC is not official.... I have seen countless times where a scoreboard operator has hit ball or strike twice... not hearing the beep....

There is someone in the press box keeping an official pitch count. There's no way the pitcher would have been allowed to throw to another batter if he had 125 or more pitches.

Y’all don’t learn how to use apostrophes at those superior private schools?

In The Claiborne Christian vs Grace Christian game there was a heated debate over pitch count. Apparently they didn’t count foul balls as pitches.

Regardless, the intent is to save arms and not hurt kids. I imagine if the count was that close, the rule served its purpose.

We're definitely not talking about Jesuit vs Rummel 200 pitch count absurdity here.
