I mean you are the dude that was convinced Burrow would be a bust and have basically continued with the shite takes about him, so I have a long ways before I catch up with you.

I think my comments are mostly made in jest here. But there is truth to them as well. Everything gets blown up out of proportion in the social media age. Everyone rushes to fall over themselves more dramatically than the next person, about damn near everything.

I’m willing to give Morant a chance to redeem himself here, bc I think he’s been damn near a model citizen in the past minus some trash talking.

His recent behavior has been strange for sure. I’d bet on him turning it around though, unless he has some head injury/CTE/ Antonio Brown situation going on that we don’t know about.

Kid seems like he comes from a decent family and has largely been a decent guy for the most part. I think he gets back to being that guy and everyone largely will forget about this in a year or less.

I’m not a Bama fan. I’m an LSU and Mississippi State fan.

Most of these guys aren’t role model material, no matter how good at sports they are. I think once people realize that, they expect less of them and aren’t all that shocked, surprised or Outraged when things of this nature come to light.

I’m not a Grizz or even a Ja Morant fan. But I do often zig, when others zag. I think people are writing him off as some worthless thug that will get himself killed.

I tend to think he bounces back and most people forget that there was ever an issue w Ja off the court. Just my gut instinct on this situation.

Remember when you called Hurts a 7-9 QB?

I doubt very seriously that acting like a fake gangsta is affecting his jumpshot.

Honestly I don’t. But I probably was just referencing his record to piss off bama fans shitting on Burrow.

It probably happened in one of those goofy hype Tua threads or a shite on Burrow thread, if I had to pinpoint that comment.

I have a pretty strong history of supporting Jalen Hurts tbh. Have always liked him, liked his intangibles. own his rookie cards, etc. I think the only bama QB I’ve really shite on hard was Tua and it was bc people were acting like he should be the MVP of the league after 3 games.

I’d imagine his father will take this opportunity to beat some sense into young Temetrius

Nice way to put that $250-300 million contract extension in jeopardy.

None of these would be big stories pre 2020, before everyone became a professional in faux outrage.
