Zero chance. It is the playoff committees job to make sure that teams like UCF get nowhere near the playoff.

The SEC will make things interesting because I think Auburn wins out and goes to the SECCG for a rematch with UGA.
If UGA wins, you'll have a one-loss Alabama and a one-loss UGA. The SEC might still take two spots.
The chances for UCF are almost zero.

UCF has a student enrollment of +64,000 & a stadium capacity of just over 43,000 yet during an undefeated season they can't fill said stadium.
Scott Frost has made them semi-relevant yet will be gone at Nebraska, Florida, Tennessee, TAMU, etc next year just in time for them to disappear into the nothingness of the G5 once again.
