can concede the Jordan is still the GOAT in basketball. Even with that, LeBron is the 2nd best of all time without a doubt. Now is that really such a bad thing?
Because most people are arguing lebron is the #1 goat of all time. You are one of the realistic ones.

The question should be how is that even possible? Jordan's knees were long gone at 39. Lebron plays like his body has very little wear. And that's with like 500 more games played.

Anyone that plays throughout their career pulling shite like this, I just could never consider them the greatest of anything. A great player sure, but not the goat. Jordan would have been laughed out of the league trying to foul bait the way LeBron does.

Jordan looking at your post

Lebrons horrid end to his career is causing way more damage to a career already not as good as Jordan
LeBron has already been to the playoffs in 3 of the last 4 years compared to MJ having identical 37-45 records in his final 2 years and missing the playoffs both times. I’d be careful using the word horrid.

Nike brainwashing a generation into believing Jordan is the greatest ever because of 6 rings is one of the best marketing jobs of all time.

Nobody cares. He will be remembered for his end-of-career playoff choke jobs that are becoming more and more abundant and downright embarrassing lol

Lebron routinely disappears in the fourth quarter in key games. Whether or not that is because he puts in so much work in the first three quarters is up for debate, but he's often seen passing or not taking shots when he's able to score well in the first three quarters.
Don't do drugs kids.
Lebron lead the league in 4th quarter scoring this year at 40.
It's crazy the narratives people can come up with in their own heads and believe that doesn't reflect what they see with their eyes.

The thing is, you see a lot more people trying to discredit LeBron than you see folks trying to discredit Jordan.
Think about it, anytime there is a post on here related to LeBron or something he accomplished. There wouldn't even be a single mention of Jordan at all. But I guarantee you there will be numerous folks coming in to chime to chime on how LeBron actually sucks and he can never compare to Jordan

Because all the lebron dickriders here are well known. They don’t have to mention Jordan for everyone to know that’s really what they want to say.

Of course he doesn’t.. he’s like 59 fricking years old still playing a game with a bunch of tall young kids. He’s kind of reaching pedophile stage in his career

maybe it's just you. MJ has been retired over 25 years basically. A lot of NBA players weren't even born when he was last playing.
Lebron is in the NBA currently and setting all time records.
Do you really think that if Jordan never existed noone would be posting about Lebron's achievements?

You can play dumb if you like. Everyone knows why the Lebrons fanbois post here.

Yet they're still wearing his shoes.

It would be one thing just to talk about his accomplishments, but it's another to call him the greatest basketball player of all time. That's usually when the arguments start, and when LeBron fans get proven wrong every time.

greatest player of all time is subjective. it's literally impossible to prove either way.
Lebron has scored more points than any basketball player ever, that alone gives him a pretty solid argument for greatest of all time.

How though. How is a post simply praising LeBron for being a great player automatically denigrating to Jordan's legacy.
If someone makes a post talking about Steph or Jokic's accomplishments, is it necessary to bring up Jordan then as well?

quote:slightly different situation. Jordan came back to try and kick start a team that he was a partial owner of, that was complete rock bottom. He was by far the best player on that team at age 39, even after he hurt his knee. AD is by far the best player on the Lakers, he is both their best offensive and defensive player, and he absolutely carried LeBron to that Disney bubble "championship". Then they had the audacity to give LeBron the finals MVP, which is just how things go if you are on a team with LeBron. When the team succeed he gets the praise, when the team fails he just didn't have enough help.

Lakers were 2-4 when Davis was out this year, they were 6-5 when lebron was out. At this point I'm his career lebrons main value to a team is ability to avoid traveling calls and offensive foul calls while drawing a whistle any time he misses regardless of being touched or not.

LBJ is easily the second best to ever play the game and gets shite on. Kobe's game was full of flaws and postseason mishaps but OMG KILLER INSTICT.
MJ is the GOAT
LBJ is 2nd.
Kobe isn't top 5
