Yes. He suggested people may get physically hurt as a result of Morey's tweet. Watching him say that was very weird and almost sort of eerie. It was almost like watching RT cover the Crimea conflict 5 or so years ago.

well he's either completely full of shite or he's telling Morey to shut up so we can keep getting money from people who threaten NBA athletes with physical violence over a goddamn tweet that someone else sent

pick one, I guess

We are shocked because if he just shut the frick up this story would be dead and his financial bottom line borderline untouched.

One individual holds an MBA from MIT and the other holds a Diploma from St. Mary High School.

Education does play a huge roll in knowledge of the situation.

LeBron’s a corporate shill, easy to hate on America and all that when your league and Nike’s all about that left wing life but when a situation arises that demands ACTUAL COURAGE and unites people on the political spectrum, LeBron takes his ball and goes home like the mental midget he is

Not at all what the poster said though
I’m just asking why people are shocked that Lebron or any athlete for that matter would go for the money.

He’s going for the money, it’s not shocking at all
And the larger the money is the more fricked up things people would do for it

LeBron is so all over the place with this that I wouldn't even know where to begin.

So I'll just sum it up and say he's stunningly moronic.

I would take it that he’s going for the money if he didn’t say anything, which is what most would do in his situation. There was no reason to say anything beyond no comment. He fired this backup himself.

This is a guy who thought The Decision was going to be wonderful for his image.

He lets people pump smoke up his arse to the point where he does dumb shite because they have convinced him it is genius.

I think he’s just trying to reaffirm that he doesn’t agree with Morey so the Nike/China relationship doesn’t sour, since he’s the face (among active athletes) of Nike at this point

Yep. Neutrality is unacceptable to the CCP. Bend the knee or lose money.

China was backing off though. This was leveling back out if he had kept his mouth shut.
