Healthy Cavs are in much better shape in 2018.

LA will have up to $69MM in cap space this summer to go after LeBron and George.

Shrewd.

I'm a huge fan of Lebron, but I feel like, when it comes to the front office stuff, most fans give him all of the credit but none of the blame.

Pretty much the opposite from what I see

He is only LeGM when it is a bad move

The Kyrie/IT deal was a mess, perhaps of his own making, but he and the front office did as well as you could have hoped fixing it today.

If I’m Bron, I’m not touching LAL with a 10-foot pole, SAS/Houston to dethrone the Warriors and win ring #4 make it happen

hill and hood are good. clarkson is good. nance isn't good, but tries hard so hard. this is an ideal sitch for everyone. nance bout to catch some alleys.

I don't know if he'll go to LA, and I don't believe it's the smart move, but they'll have the cap space to do some damage regardless.

Windhorse said he had nothing to do with the trades made today, and considering the Cavs held on to the Brooklyn pick I believe it. I want to know his thoughts on trading Wade for next to nothing.

I think Cleveland is the perfect spot for Nance. They actually NEED him. He was just a project in LA fighting for minutes with their other bigs.

Nance upgrades their entire frontcourt with his athleticism.

They gain a "switchability" that well help them tremendously against perimeter shooting teams.

Don't ruin this thread.

I've got to imagine that was a mutual deal. With the backcourt players they picked up, getting Wade out was better for him. Wade's value in the trade market is next to nothing anyway.

Ramona Shelburne ? Verified account @ramonashelburne 1h1 hour ago More I'm told by a Cavs source that GM Koby Altman went to LeBron James before they traded Dwyane Wade to make sure he understood what was behind the move. Altman told James that the decision would be up to Wade and James thought that was fair

Ramona Shelburne ? Verified account @ramonashelburne 1h1 hour ago More Before Thursday's conversation with LeBron re: Dwyane Wade, Cavs GM Koby Altman had talked to LeBron before Wednesday night's game vs Minnesota to tell him the Cavs had traction on a few deals.

Really? Are you saying all of those who have said he was a shitty GM gave him GM credit for winning a title with CLE? I haven't seen that, quite the opposite.

The man built a team that beat a 73 win GS in the finals and brought Cle their first championship in half a decade.

Pay the man some respects.

And no one that calls him LeGM seems to give him GM credit for that title.

I mean, Draymond missed a game. How do you expect GS to win 1 of 3 with 2 at home when Draymond misses a game?
