The College Sports Litigation Tracker is here:
Litigation Tracker
This is maintained by Sam C. Ehrlich, associate professor of legal studies with the Boise State University College of Business and Economics. It looks pretty good (although I am just seeing it).
For the real sicko mode law geeks, here is the oral argument in the 10th Circuit Wisne case against the NCAA on antitrust, which took place on Tuesday.

How about you just keep explaining it to us in words we can understand?

The most vocal judge (so far) was actually born in Moscow, Russia. That's interesting.

I will try. Wisne is deep in the antitrust weeds. I'm just the blind pig that finds the acorn every once in a while. But I'll give it a shot.

That is what I am trying to figure out. This could all end up before the nine wise people in Washington, DC.

In other words the same bunch that created this mess. If you look at a list of the really bad things that have happened in this country, most started with a court decision.

Take this with a huge grain of salt.
I am very much NOT an antitrust lawyer.
But I think the athletes lose huge in Wisne.
They could not define the market, the threshold step in antitrust, any more narrowly than “all Division 1 athletes.”
And the lawyer arguing it boxed himself into arguing that the “buyer” is the NCAA.
Bottom line and FWIW, this goes nowhere for the athletes.

I think it has a better chance than most. But even the best have a very low chance.

The Gunn case involves Mizzou basketball. He just got a TRO. This one may drag the SEC (and not just the NCAA) into it.
