, yeah, right. The second these guys declare/leave, they're disposable. Outside of a recruiting pitch here or there, these guys are irrelevant to these programs. Their pictures are plastered across locker rooms and they're counted among the players sent to the NFL, but you'd be hard pressed to find a head coach who genuinely cares once they're gone.
This isn't unique to Saban. Head coaches are effectively the CEO of a company. You may find a position coach who gives a shite, but not a head coach.
