Attorneys for Lance Armstrong have demanded an on-air apology from "60 Minutes" after the head of Switzerland's anti-doping laboratory denied allegations the seven-time Tour de France winner tested positive for performance-enhancing drugs at the 2001 Tour de Suisse.

no one with any brains would bet everything on either 60 minutes or lance at this point

60 minutes will do some hatchet jobs and never own up to it.

Lance has teammates on all sides rolling over on him

I would be comfortable speculating that Lance used performance enhancing drugs but have no idea if that particular (alleged positive test) thing really happened

Lance is acting like a pathetic bitch. Like Tom Cruise acts when people call him a homo. I really wish he'd move on.

really, an award winning news program on a major network runs a story calling him a cheater and him refuting that with facts makes him a "pathetic" bitch?

i am always leary of people like that. What do they have to gain? That's never questioned as if those guys are just paragons of virtue trying to sell a book, I mean set the record strait.

maybe he did, maybe he didn't I don't really care, but I do believe in the principle that is navie according 504boi, that someone is innocent until proven guilty. He;s never tested positive, if there was acover up, provide some proof or STFU.

not going to prison... which they would be if they lied about lance using PEDs

The latest guy really didn't want to roll over... he was ultimately force to because of fear of perjury

I've got proof. HE WON 7 frickING TOURS DE FRANCE IN A ROW WHILE EVERYBODY ELSE WAS DOPING. That would be like an NFL team winning 7 straight Superbowls with 10 men on the field at all times. The reason he never tested positive is because he always had the new, cutting edge shite that they weren't testing for yet.

You don't go to jail for lying to 60 minutes.

He demanded an apology.

I mean I just don't see a reason why a retired athlete should get as butt-hurt over the media as he is getting.

disclaimer: The comment I made was made under the assumption that there were no legal consequences to him being found guilty of PEDs. If jail time is a possible consequence, it is understandable that he would demand an apology.
