Gotta have more people in the stands at baseball than I saw watching the Tech basketball team last night. I was there in the years of Randy White, PJ Brown, Anthony Dade and good lord has that interest dwindled down to pathetic levels.

I couldn’t agree more. It’s embarrassing. I grew up going to all the Tech men’s basketball games from birth through college as my father ran the clock for all the games from late 60’s through 1999. The Lady Techsters were the thing back then but the men’s team was a great program. So many great players & teams. In the 80’s-early 90’s the TAC was wild & loud. I really don’t know what our administration is doing. We will most likely lose in the first round of the Conference Tournament like we usually do.

This is a rivalry that should only build momentum when they become conference foes again. Sun belt is a damn good baseball conference l. Tech is going to have to push to reach new levels of success in baseball.

Tech baseball is bad. I think they have lost 6 in a row at home. Can’t score in mid week games against average pitching
