Ryan Day “evaluating” everything in terms of their coming up short this season.

College football - players wanted the NIL and portal, which provides monetary and transfer flexibility, but it also has made players disposable like professional free agents.

Good for him. Way too much blame was placed on him for the Michigan loss.

Coach didn't want to back him up either.

He wasn’t the sole reason but the most significant one IMO. Not only did he have that horrible INT early, but he missed quite a few open WRs with his reads.

As inconsistent as McCord was, he wasn’t horrible. We’ve just been spoiled with riches recently. Day wouldn’t let him go if he didn’t have a solid plan B. Hearing strong rumors that Dillon Gabriel is his guy. This would be the bridge to the Air Noland era. Very similar to the Justin Fields situation with Stroud waiting in the wings.

It's wild - if McCord gets another second on the last pick he maybe hits this and the whole world is different right now.

In many different realities, Ohio State is playing Florida St in the Rose Bowl

That INT isn’t on McCord. OL got bullied there.

However, it was kind another example of his play. He waited until MHJ started to clear the LB to make his throw. His anticipation and ability to throw guys open was always lacking.

You’re what’s wrong with college expectations. Firing coaches every few years

So they should have fired Harbaugh after starting 0-5 against Ohio St?

Day is 40-0 against the B1G and 0-3 against Michigan. Not great but Michigan will be a shell next year so I bet he gets that one at home.

So since you’re firing Day, what big name you gonna get right now that will do better and is available?
