Steve Kerr shot 40% from 3 in his last year in the NBA. Clearly he was done at that point. If you keep up with the league you would know that it's almost a consensus around the league that his game has fallen off....

You're a fricking hack

Not sure if this is out there yet - I hear Mo Williams is Atlanta bound along w/a heavily protected 1st from Cavs for Korver @BBallInsiders

Being traded when you've "retired" must be tough.

Who did the Cavs give up for Steve?

Huh. What kind of protection would the Cavs have? 20-30 protection for 2 years?

You are too stupid to have a conversation with.

"fallen off" does not mean "washed," and it also doesn't mean "fallen off a cliff."

Ray Allen's game had fallen off in his first couple of years in Miami. But he wasn't washed when the Heat won the title. Lots of good players can get worse and still be incredibly valuable. Anybody that can shoot 41% is incredibly valuable.

Just bc a player still shoots a hi % doesn't mean his game hasn't fallen off.

If it's heavily protected they'll likely never get it.

Then surely that can't be correct. Might as well let him expire at the end of the year then.

It surely could be correct. Happens all the time. The owner might just want to reduce payroll or any tax situations.

It might be heavily protected but could still be used as an asset. We will see what the protection is.
