I really don't care honestly. That is between him and God when or if the time comes. What I do not EVER want to hear from him though is any virtue signaling about anything ever about sexual assault or any comments about any politics or anything regarding sexual assault allegations. He never even stood trial. IIRC he paid the accuser a settlement and in return she stopped pursuing the case so the justice system had no case to be made.
Since he was never convicted, he's 'not guilty' by default.
At least that's how things are supposed to work.
As for her apparently being quite loose and slutty, that alone doesn't prove Kobe did or did not rape her of course, but it is a very strong piece of circumstantial evidence that tilts the he said/she said credibility argument in his favor. Saying it should be completely ignored is patently absurd. You can railroad anyone into a conviction if you just can pick and choose what facts you look at.

How does that help the married man who lied to the cops?

I hope one day you or your children are falsely accused of something heinous so you can maybe have a understanding of accusations not proving guilt.

He was not falsely accused. He admits it in his apology letter. He only settled the civil case when the judge ruled his sexual past he would have to answer too.
I'm pretty sure her lawyers had other women who were going to testify against him in the civil trial.

Here’s another fact you won’t find on google that actually happened at the time - the case was settled when Faber’s attornies discovered her best friend was willing to testify on behalf of Bryant stating that the Faber had planned to set up the next celebrity checking into the hotel for a sexual encounter.

That sexual encounter HAPPENED theres no question about that HOWEVER Kobe said it was consensual she said it was not. What really bothers me about this entire thing is the accuser SHOWS UP TO THE RAPE EXAM with someone else's sperm and pubic hair on her, thats some fricked up shite, man, that needs to be accounted for, she changed the narrative of her interview with Colorado police, AND she had a history of mental problems plus Kobe was more than forthcoming to maintain his innocence by agreeing to submit to a rape test and voluntary lie detector test, someone with something to hide logically does not do something like that. Sorry broseph thats not proof beyond reasonable doubt I'm riding with Kobe Bean here.
