Kobe is definitely from a dying breed of basketball players. yeah he's an a-hole but I'll be depressed when guys like him, paul pierce, and kg are out of the league.

agreed 100%

KG is my favorite player for obvious reasons. The Truth is great as well.

We have no idea in what manner he answered these questions in. If he answered them with a smirk, smile, or laughter, a "playful" manner if you will, then this is the stupidest thread of all-time. Regardless, this is a pointless thread.

He is the best post player on that team. As many strides as Lebron has made in his post game, he doesn't have the arsenal in the post that Kobe has built up the last few years just yet.

Tyson Chandler doesn't have post moves, so he shouldn't have even been in the discussion.

He didn't throw anyone under the bus either. Stop reaching. You can have your view of a player, but don't start finding quotes to justify in your head why you dislike that player.

We all have different views of players personalities, and none of us know them personally, so usually our views are stupid and distorted. I dislike Phil Mickelson, and I have no legit reasoning not to like him other than he gives me a "vibe". Its stupid, and I know that, so I'm not gonna go find one Phil Mickelson quote and say "see, he's such a dick".

These threads are always comical. People just come out of the woodwork to praise the players they like and trash the ones they don't.

This would be akin to LeBron saying something along the lines of "Maybe these games wouldn't be so close if players like Kobe weren't playing so shitty. He needs to play like me" after the Lithuania game. After all, it's true and I can't really disagree. Right? Some of the goobers in here loving Kobe's competitiveness and arrogance are the same ones who despise LeBron for the chosen one shite since that makes him arrogant to think he's the best.

Nearly all of these guys are douches, and it's pretty safe to assume Kobe is one of the bigger ones. When it comes to stuff like this you never know when Kobe is serious or if he's playing. He's got the Tiger Woods personality to where you'll sit there and say "is he serious?" and not be able to tell.

I feel the same way about this quote as I do the decision and the chosen one stuff. Who cares?

Truest statement in the thread and I'm a die-hard kobe fanboy. Kobe is one of those guys who's gonna say ridiculous shite that is made up of 50 percent truth, 30 percent arrogance, and 20 percent humor. Kobe is an antagonist. People like him live in their own world. BTW it'd be great if Lebron had the balls to say something like that about kobe.
