Hopefully the Celtics come back and end their series tonight
Well they’re not. Knicks are getting a long weekend and get to watch Game 7 on Saturday, so they’ll play either Monday or Tuesday

140-89.... 51 point victory.
Was really hoping Atlanta would break New Orleans' dubious playoff blowout record
NBA playoff records:
largest lead in a playoff game all-time* (61 points, play-by-play scoring only goes back to 1997)
6th largest margin of victory of all-time
3rd largest first half point total of all-time
largest halftime lead of all-time
Biggest margin of victory in Knicks history
2nd biggest margin of defeat in Hawks history (lost by 58 to Minneapolis Lakers in 1956)
Karl Anthony Towns had a triple-double with just 1 made field goal. 1/4 12 points, 11 rebounds, 10 assists.
Only Magic Johnson has had fewer shot attempts and recorded a triple double (2/3 13 pts, 13 asts, 13 rebounds, 4 steals in game 6 of NBA finals)
Largest playoff wins of all-time:
58 pts: Denver over New Orleans - 121-63 in 2009.
58 pts: Minneapolis over St. Louis - 133-75 in 1956.
56 pts: Los Angeles over Golden State - 126-70 in 1973.
55 pts: Cleveland over Miami - 138-83 last year
54 pts: Chicago over Milwaukee - 120-66 in 2015
51 pts: New York over Atlanta - 140-89 today
51 pts: OKC over Memphis - 131-80 last year
