When a white guy gets drafted it’s racist because they should have picked a black guy. When a black guy gets drafted it’s racist because the draft is a glorified slave auction and every high level player should get to choose which large market team he wants to play for.
It’s almost like sports talking heads are assholes who are more interested in stirring the pot than providing decent analysis

In the 70s as it relates to quarterback —yes.
NFL draft of the last 25 years not even close. In fact, how many black QBs were drafted higher than white QBs bc of “escapability”? I would say the trend is that black QBs get an added bump up over white QBs due to speed and escapability.
