SAS had the waiver today on first take. The only difference between it and one that Kap had already signed in 2011 was it included a clause that said by participating in the workout he wasn't guaranteed a job in the NFL and if he got hurt during the workout he couldn't sue the NFL for workers comp. This was all just bullshite by Kap.

I’m sure you thought the same a year ago when he landed the Nike deal.
His detractors had more to do with that than his supporters.

I’m just curious why people are choosing to believe his camp that the waiver was sketchy? No one has seen it so why are we assuming it was not the standard waiver or vice versa?
