I’ve theorized since all of this Kaepernick blackball stuff started that he’s not actually being blackballed, it’s that he’s demanding much more money than GM’s are willing to pay him.

This is just another piece of evidence that supports it.

He is doing this because he knows he will be terrible, thus invalidating his complaint against NFL owners that he is being blackballed solely because of is opinion.

Can he really be worse than Christian Hackenberg? I find that hard to believe.

A source told the Associated Press that Kaepernick wanted $20 million or more to consider playing with the league that had its debut last weekend.

He was also offered a few NFL contracts at Veteran League minimum ($900k per year) but wanted a multimillion contract.

But he's been blackballed

$20 million or more

There is a reason no teams will sign him right there. You might could make the argument that he could be a back up QB in the NFL, but that isn't possible if he wants a $20 million deal.

Probably not.

But in my opinion, I don't think he'd be an overachiever in the AAF.

Once people see that, it validates the NFL owners' choice to not have him on an NFL roster.

It's no coincidence that he went to shite when Harbaugh went to Michigan

He seemed like the absolute perfect fit for Chip Kelly's offense and yet they went with Gabbert. That should tell you everything you need to know about his ability as a player.

Would anyone blame him for asking for 20 million dollars? This league needed him more than he needed them.

Everyone admittedly didn't even know this league was launching until last week anyway, Kaepernick definitely would have moved the needle amongst his supporters and detractors.
