None of us here no with 100% certainty that she was not raped. I don't think she was, but like I said, I don't THINK, i don't actually know, just like no one posting here knows.
So...the obvious reason would be if she got raped.

Maybe she believes she didn't consent to whatever happened and therefore was raped and is angry about it?
If that's the case, it's not difficult to understand why she may may want to make it as uncomfortable as possible for Winston.
For all the stones being thrown, no one really knows that isn't the case.

I'm just giving possible reasons based on the post stating there was no reason to smear his name.

A DA with almost 30 years of experience and his team of investigators spent roughly a month looking into this case. If they say there is nothing that supports a rape conviction, then I believe he didn't rape her.

No, the State assessed they couldn't get a conviction. Has nothing to do with whether what he did was right or wrong.
