Expect it next year when Jameis is a top 5 pick.

Makes the most sense imo.

No civil suit, but the TPD and Meggs did nothing right according to the attorney. Both were "incompetent."

Hmmm. Something doesn't add up.

This is what it seems like. I think the attorney knows with the lack of evidence, her clients story changing, and overall shitty/sketchy police work, that they should go after the TPD. I think she focuses on all of the TPD's mistakes hoping to get a case against them

basically, i think this scenario plays out alot. man rapes woman. there is not enough evidence (and i agree you cannot convict without it) the woman is shunned as crying wolf or being a regretful slut. This happens alot.

He was questioned.

There is video of it.

According to him....He was the only guy she was messing with.

M.K said she had a conversation with the accuser whether or not she should meet them outside.

I hate to agree with "Ocean"

But if she's going to talk the talk. Walk the walk.

If she believes they fricked up and a girl is raped that they discarded. Then she needs to bring hellfire on their asses.

This is why I believe something very shady went down, and that she probably was raped. They just don't have the evidence to prove it due to shoddy police work. Rape/sexual assault is bad enough, women don't want to relive it any more than necessary. That she's willing to go out on this limb says she truly feels wronged and doesn't want to see it happen to someone else. Stating all this publicly takes a lot of guts, even if she isn't the one doing the talking.

not sure i buy any of it. it is all fricked up. one point though.....the TDP started messing this up from the beginning? why ? in case it was an athlete they might need to help?
i would think with it taking a month to make an ID the accuser and her lawyer would have all the paperwork they needed. they wouldnt need to request unredacted copies a year later.

Also asked of attorney had any reason to believe physical evidence was mishandled. Attorney said no, just suspicions.

This is another thing I dont understand.

Why didnt they go above and beyond with this case. Say frick the TPD if they arent doing their job. If the detective says "this is a big football town" then say oh well. We want to press forward.

After the original reports came out in November it was "we just want this all to go away"

What changed?

Everyone deals with situations differently. But if she really did get raped and if they truly believed it....they should have sought justice.

I think the victim was drunk as frick

How many times do the tox results have to be mentioned before people accept the fact SHE WASN'T DRUNK OR DRUGGED?

Two separate labs tested the BLOOD samples after she complained about the original tox report. Both labs tested for 127 different kinds of drugs.

Like I said, their side hasn't had a strong case from day one and has used the media to try and push pressure on the entire process. They have not provided any evidence backing up their claims.

So, they tested it well after the few hour window that a date rape drug would show up? If they didn't test for it immediately, the test is worthless.
