Yup and both sides are looking bad. Id be extremely surprised if they were able to get a guilty/not guilty out of this if this clusterfrick actually went to a trial

That is why they wont charge JW. AD and TPD are the ones that will get investigated by the State.

No one knows the details outside of those involved. The fact the DA did not file charges against Winston does not mean he is innocent, just that the case may have been very hard to prove.
I also think the TPD down played and slow played to whole ordeal.
Winston is about to win the Heisman trophy despite all of the allegations. Yet the same people voting for Winston will not vote for Manzeil because of his off-field antics. I laugh at the logic.

Rick Scott won't frick with this until after FSU gets their national championship, but I would be shocked if he doesn't appoint an independent investigator to look into the investigation.

She said they didnt test the blood for drugs, just alcohol. Now their story is that the pee is sketchy and it was the drugs not the alcohol that made her memory iffy.

I dont know if she's stretching the truth or not.
