The attorney said the urine was tested for drugs, but she wasn't confident in the validity of the urine sample. "Anyone can pee in a cup." She said the blood was not tested for drugs, and she is arguing it should have been.

I think TPD initially played the whole thing slow deliberately and later, at various points, misrepresented the status of the investigation.
From the beginning, I've said that TPD's behavior has obscured this entire case so badly that it's impossible to form a concrete opinion, at least from what information has been released publicly. Also, false rape accusations typically fall into two broad categories: 1) grey area, uncertainty, intoxication, remorse, coaching, inner debate, etc. 2) sociopath, Duke style.
For this girl to have spoken with the cops immediately, submitted to the rape kit, at least followed up for a few weeks (in the face of blatantly obstinate police), and now continued asserting her version of the story....
Either she's insane/sociopath or something exceedingly shady went down in that apartment. Also, in my estimation, the latter is far more prevalent in these cases than the former. Despite the delusions of message board males, there aren't waves of women running to claim rape while still swimming in post-coitus hormones.

I can't say if Winston raped her but IF what this attorney claims the TPD and Detective Angulo did is the truth, the TPD fricked this thing up nine hundred different ways.
She referenced a packet that she gave to the reporters, which includes all the documents she was referencing in her press conference.
Any good reporter gets his hands on that packet, I figure we will find out quick if the TPD is really the Keystone Cops or if the attorney is stretching the truth.
All I can say for sure is that lady is PISSED OFF.
