With that said..
I dont see any "guilt" provided. Just that the cop didnt take her seriously.
Again...just what I'm reading off twitter....There's no "proof" provided of guilt. Just a shitty detective work.

Says the accuser found out who Winston was when he walked into a class with her in January and recognized him and waited for the instructor to call the roll so she could learn his name.
Won't say if they are planning on filing a civil suit.
Says that HIPAA didn't play into TPD not releasing the medical records because they released parts of them.

Is this shocking? You could see from the very beginning that this whole investigation was botched by the TPD. Its sad that this girl may have been raped and because of the TPD, we may never know. If they altered the medical records....somebody is getting

Thats what I'm getting from twitter.
With that said...Anyone that claims rape should be taken seriously. Regardless if it sounds like BS or not. TPD fricked this up.
