This lady is not a very good public speaker. She could have said all of this in about 10 minutes. That being said, if this stuff is true, bad news for the TPD and Fla. State Attorney's office.

I'm not saying Winston is guilty but if all this stuff she is saying is true, the TPD fricked up BIG TIME.

It makes you wonder...why would this woman want to continue to publicly plead her case? What is her motivation?
Typically a case involving rape or sexual abuse is very difficult to discuss for the "victim," much less hold a press conference.

Yup. They really messed up and didn't follow procedure at all. It's a mess because that would be the only way to make an accurate representation of what happened that night. Both the victim and accused should be upset over this.
If Winston didn't do this, I would bring a suit if I were him against the state for fricking this up so badly. IF that's even possible in Florida.
