He certainly hasn't given them anything to cheer about. He's completing 41% of his passes this season.

Justin Fields actually might be in a worse situation than both Trevor Lawrence and Zach Wilson. The Bears don't have a first round pick next year, they're pretty much capped out, plus their coaching situation is unstable with HC Matt Nagy on the hot seat.
