Everyone, me included, wondered why he was ranked so high on draft boards.

Maybe the draft experts do know more than we are giving them credit for.

At 6'6 - 240 he is a big, strong armed QB with all the tools, he just needs to put it all together. I'm surprised how well he's playing right here, I expected him to fold. He's really smart to, academics award winner.

I don't think he had near the weapons at Oregon his SR year he had his SO/JR season. Herbert was lethal those first two years.

Watching AZ and Murray. If Tua can stay healthy, I think he will do well. He is more accurate than Murray, but just as agile in the pocket.

Really? He’s huge, with a big arm, athletic, and apparently really smart. I think there was some question about his maybe lacking that intangible “it factor” that kept him from being in most top 3 pick discussions, but I don’t think “everyone” at all wondered why he was considered top 10. I’m actually not sure ANYONE but you, I guess, wondered why he was ranked so high.

That quick move to avoid contact? Yes, yes I do. At running? No.

Maybe he used to be.

We don't know after his hip injury.

I don’t. I think he has good feet and can do somethings. But he’s not as agile as Kyler in a pocket.

In college, Allen never had a season with a completion percentage above 56% In the modern era. name me another college QB who didn’t have a single season with a completion percentage above 56% that went on to have long-term success in the NFL. If Allen becomes a stud, he’s going to be an exception to the rule. 99% of the time, those guys are busts.

Allen was drafted to Buffalo because of where he played and he could rip throws in horrible winds/weather. He also can run some.

Murray destroys Tua in agility, speed, explosiveness, arm strength, etc...Im not sure Tua does 1 thing better than Kyler except maybe accuracy. But without seeing him in the NFL yet, I wouldn’t be so quick to even even concede that.

Lamar is a partial product of being on a more complete team. He was lucky he slid to Baltimore.
