Purdy tore his UCL in the NFC championship, got an experimental surgery, could barely throw during camp, and made it to the Super Bowl. That’s a comeback.

How was it not Baker Mayfield? How many games did Flacco even play this year? 6 or 7? Baker filled Brady’s shoes in Tampa and NOBODY believed the Bucs were gonna do shite this year. Baker led them to the playoffs. What Flacco did was impressive, but Baker did it all year.

At some point they didn’t know if he would be able to play again. Only one other QB had ever had a surgery similar to Purdy before.

Joe Flacco had a QBR of 48.2 this season.
Had he qualified to be among the statistical leaders, that would have ranked 28th in the NFL
8 interceptions 4 fumbles in 6 games. Lol
Comeback player of the year.
Voters straight up smoking meth. Can’t figure that one out
Baker was robbed. He was the only finalist that actually played an entire season and took a team that was favored to be in the running for the #1 pick to the divisional round
