And this is exactly why Jimmy will have a serious libel case
quote:Pretty sure a serious case requires false statements of fact to be made. The above does not contain one
There’s a lot of people, including Jimmy Kimmel, really hoping that doesn’t come out
And it’s slander, libel is written
I’m also 99% sure that within the next 48 hours, some autists will uncover video of Kimmel jokes insinuating people who have not been directly implicated of anything of being diddlers. And it will be RIGHTEOUS

Alex Jones defamation case kinda changed the game though. By the law he should have never been charged or convicted of anything

I mean he made numerous demonstrably false statements of fact (e.g., no kids actually died) and none of the additional required elements of defamation were all that lacking. The award amount was gross but that’s another topic
Rodgers hasn’t even made a false statement of fact. There isn’t really a comparison

A shite ton of people still believe with all of their might sandy hook is a hoax / crisis actors were used
I’m in full agreement I don’t think Kimmel would win a defamation case. But I also thought the Jones decision was crazy even though I think Jones is a huge POS for what he did

quote:He very well may have believed that (and in a disposition he even claimed psychosis as a defense for his actions), but one of the elements of defamation is negligence. You’re legally required to adhere to a level of care/diligence in making such statements or you’re acting with negligence. He said (among other things) that no kids died and grieving family were actors. He uncovered no evidence to suggest this was the case. Simple records requests would have proven his statements false
At the time how can anyone say he knowingly didn’t believe what he was saying?

Rodgers better have some proof or this is a pretty reckless thing to say
If I'm not mistaken, wasn't Kimmel's name along with other high-profile celebrities' heavily circulated as those who visited Epstein Island for years and even published in the Maxwell trial last year?
Also, who this rich and public responds to this with a melt ad hominem tweet? Just get your lawyers to send him a demand letter, you sound like a whiny insecure bitch.

Does he have any proof of this? Just because you libs say it doesn't make it true.
