Do y'all understand that the following two phrases are not contradictory
1) Harbaugh was an immensely good hire because of his success at building and repairing programs in both the CFB and NFl.
2) Harbaugh has been disappointing at Michigan
You can call him "overrated" now, but he was NOT "overrated when he was hired.

Yeah I get not winning a natty or conference title but he's been there long enough that he shouldn't be throwing a QB like John O'Korn out there. For a supposed QB guru that's inexcusable.

No, he deserves criticism for his misses there, particularly the tackle position. Also, losing Newsome really hurt them.

Don't worry about this board, UM will be fine. He has to go out and get a new offensive coaching staff. He can't be stubborn about that or he'll deserve all the heat headed his way.

I'm lost I guess. His team last year was really good and in their last regular season game were ranked 3 about to knock off 2 and get a chance at a playoff spot and conference title. The bounce didn't go his way and now all of a sudden he sucks?

Here's what I don't get. Why does this board take out their annoyance on Harbaugh's hype on Harbaugh himself, rather than on the national sports media?
To me, this board is hypocritical.
In late 2014, this board was LAUGHING at the idea of him going to UM. There was consensus that he was going to Oakland because "great coaches don't go back to college".
I'm sorry, but you NEVER say Harbaugh overrated threads on here then. He was well regarded on here until he became the coach of a team they dislike.
