Wilson being benched isn’t a surprise and he hasn’t gotten over the hump.. looked like he was trending that way under Rogers tutelage but that’s gone.
But let’s be real.. Hackett is proving to be just as garbage. Sounds like SP was right about him in Denver and he deserves a lot of blame. His only shining light that’s pushed his career is Rogers

It would be quite crazy if something like 25% of qbs are great, 50% are avg, and 25% bad.
The issue with many of these guys is GM’s and owners want to win now. Drafting mostly unproven qb’s high without a good online is just idiotic.
There’s nothing wrong with an avg qb to make the playoffs, you just need a great team around him. Which is often easier to do than finding a great qb.

Why'd they even bring him back in the first place after last season? We didn't see anything even last season that would make you think he's backup quality.
