They are playing freaking Akron. Let’s not crown the kid over a game like this. Hell Boutte set an SEC record his freshman year against an actual P5 team with a true freshman QB.
Smith likely will be a great WR, but I also think tOSU’s WR room rep is living off recent history more than actual talent on the team.

No. It is based off recent success. Significant number less experienced guys this year. They may turn out to be great, but the hype isn’t based on a history of performance like in recent years.
