I think he’s wearing a lot of toppik and probably had a FUE procedure recently. Plugs are from the 80’s. They take one hair out, insert it at an angle that it would naturally grow in the area it is transplanted, punches smaller than 1 mm. In Asia they are transplanting cloned hair follicles grown in a lab and should be available in the US very soon. With Witten’s $ he could have gone overseas and knocked it out there. Will still take 12-18 months to fill in, but toppik works wonders in the interim.
