I wonder how many star athletes get this kind of treatment.
The frick was he thinking?!

Wait, what? You're saying Winston didn't know he was stealing?

Wait, what? You're saying Winston didn't know he was stealing?

Dude needs to reconsider some communication skills...stealing is ok! and a moan means consent to sex lol

You're being serious?
"I had met this dude who said he would hook me up with anything every time I came in." How in god's name is this not stealing? It's just 2 people stealing, they had a system of stealing.
I work at finish line, Pride I invite you to come to my store. I'm gonna hook you up with any shoes you want every time you come in bruh.

Winston has no fricking idea that what he did was wrong. No clue. In a meeting that was meant to prepare him to "act" as if he has overcome the issues he had, he has completely outed himself as someone who can't be trusted to do the right thing because he can't even figure out what that is.

If someone in wal mart told you that you could have the Xbox for free, and then plain as day you walked out with it, and then the cops grabbed you, 100% hey wouldn't charge you with stealing. They would take possession of the goods but you yourself are not going to be charged with stealing

And let me guess, "frick her right in her pussy" was just a song he was singing
Now that was retarded. Plain and simple
But anyone acting like they wouldn't have taken a free sandwich from subway from your boy who works there is lying to themselves
The part that bothers me is that Winston acts like he didn't know he did anything wrong

You serious? If the CEO of BMW gives you a car, you're good to go. If Stewert the janitor gives you the car you've just stolen it. C'mon dude.
What if it's one of the salesmen? (Checkout clerk at publix). How do you know if he didn't already pay for it himself or something?
Obviously if a dude walking around with a mop bucket hands you a set if keys something is wrong, but there's people in between the CEO and janitors

He's quoted saying he met some dude who said he'd hook him up with free food whenever he came in. That's stealing. No different than if a Best Buy employee out an Xbox out back and you swung by and picked it up for free.
You're making the assumption that Winston knew beforehand that the crab legs would be stolen by the publix guy. Not saying he did or didn't know, but what if he just assumed the dude was giving him some of his own that he had paid for or something?

I think we've all had friends hook it up with free food. That's why I think these threads are hilarious
This. All these "it's theft" people are hilarious.
When I think theft, I think Jameis walks into publix, sneaks behind the counter and grabs a sack of crab legs and sneaks out

quote:This. Unless it is a situation in which the employee was a friend in which Jameis knew they were acting illegally and not in their capacity as a Publix employee, I dont think it is stealing nor do I think the law would even attempt to charge him with that as it would almost be impossible to prove

Man I have stolen so many times without knowing it. Multi times waiters gave me free appetizers and I never ok'd it with ownership or the CEO. Should I turn myself in?
Yea exactly. Anytime a waiter says I get a free refill or the chips and salsa are on the house I better make a bee line for the CEO to make sure it's ok

While I see what you are saying, it's not quite right. You still have to pay for things that people give you at the meat counter, seafood counter, bakery, etc. They simply just prepare it and price it. They never take money from you.

quote:But they put the price tag on it. What if they say, "Hey man, it is on the house" and dont price tag it. You honestly view that is stealing from the customer?

Well yea I know.. I was just talking in a general sense im that example
How does he know if the guy did or didn't pay for the crab legs? If he did know that he was stealing them then yes he was a "thief" in my book

Why you acting like this is impossible? You've never met people who bought some football players beers or shots just to be cool and say they did?
ETA: I'm not saying this is what happened, but to act like its impossible is ridiculous
