stock... not fitted. I can pull the specs, but essentially they are 710's with stiff shaft

I loved the AP2s I had for a while, but good lord does the Dynamic Gold S300 shaft suck. It feels like swinging a metal pole. Probably the heaviest shaft on the market.
I went back to AP1s with the Nippon shafts, and now I hate these shafts lol. I got used to the low trajectory of the AP2s and loved that, now these AP1s are ballooning.
Ordered new shafts that are coming in today... The Dynalite gold XP s300, pulled from Mizuno MX-300s. Similar launch to the Dynamic gold, but about 10-12 grams lighter. They are putting them in the new AP1s stock.
I'll get them installed this weekend and report back on the findings. I'm tired of fiddling with my irons, I just want to find the setup that works best. I think I'm almost there

X100s are stout. But they make X7s which are a couple grams heavier and stiffer. Probably feels like swinging a telephone pole.

I benched 45 reps of 225, plus ran a 4.08 at the combine.
I'm exaggerating a little bit of course with the weight description, but to me I need a shaft that lets me feel the clubhead throughout the whole swing. I didn't get that with the DG.

I ditched my AP2 irons for X-Hot Pro's with Project X shafts...best move ever.

I actually like the DS300. I have used them for 5 years and wouldnt consider anything else.

I've never played anything but DG. They're great for me. S3 until late high school . Been X1 since. Project X do nothing but spin, and I have trouble keeping it low with KBS, but they aren't bad
