Idk, how easy would it be to force a DNA test of an infant against the will of the victim and victim's family, who are the guardians?

DNA was not widely available until the 90s. The first use of DNA in any court case was 1986 and the general public had very little knowledge of DNA. Most people didn't trust it as it was so new.
