There is zero way they let SC lose this game. These refs are terrible. Boston is way way overated.

First time watching this Clark girl. She’s pretty impressive

Yeah, I'm as big a skeptic on the women's game and this is the first WBB game I've watched in a long time, pretty much entirely to see the hype. She's blown away my expectations.

My MiL played college basketball DII and my FiL played for MSU. I’ve posted about my dad playing against Pistol Pete.
They almost exclusively watch women’s ball and it used to drive me nuts due to an inferior product. But my MiL will stay up till midnight with me watching bowl games or baseball. She just loves sports and even though it’s not my preference, she taught me to love what the girls can do with their abilities.
Good lord that pass from Clark was amazing.

WBB is actually pretty popular in this area of the Midwest. Iowa, Nebraska, and especially South Dakota.
The WBB programs on South Dakota and South Dakota State campuses are equal peers to MBB and football in support.

I've actually been watching this for the last half hour. It's a pretty solid product and I'm enjoying it
The issue with WBB is that there are always 2-3 teams that can play at this level. 99% of the games are awful, either blowouts or two inept teams playing

I went to a women's basketball game to my alma matter a few years ago. I noticed some of the participants were barely 5 feet. Meanwhile, the men's team for the same school were all well over 6 feet tall. The game consisted of, as you put it, bricks and air balls.
It completely unfair if the women are receiving scholarships when there are clearly fewer females willing to participate.
One of the head coaches kept screaming "Traveling! That's traveling!" each and every time the opposing team had possession. When his team was on a breakaway, the ref finally had enough, blew the play dead, and gave the coach a warning. "It can't be traveling every time." I never saw that before.

I've always said watching women trying to score almost any points other than layups looks like they are trying to throw 16 lb. bowling balls to the hoop-------two hands on the ball and a mighty push is how most of them shoot from any distance.
