Anyone who says a team other than Colorado hasn't been paying attention. Also, how do you fall as a program being a national championship contender who has a share of one to this dismal display? Colorado was a power out west at one point.

They got killed when all the stripper and rape scandal stuff happened. Haven't been able to hire a good coach since. They thought Dan Hawkins was the answer but he was more interested in starting his son at QB than building the program.
It's a shame really because Boulder is beautiful and the fanbase is a good one. Between the maniacal liberals and the balck eye the program has, they just don't have much of a chance right now.
UVA is on the upswing believe it or not. London has a mess when he came in and just isn't where he needs to be yet. Significant improvement since he took over.
