He didn't get in this year. This was his third time being nominated. I don't know how many more times he can be nominated. Anybody know?

I think he should be in.

Didn't he have an amazing international career on top of a good NBA career? He'll probably get in eventually.

Yea I just looked it up and he should be able to get in on his international resume alone.

The six were Vlade Divac, Dino Radja, Arvydas Sabonis, Sarunas Marciulionis, Drazen Petrovic and Toni Kukoc. Kukoc is the only one who is not in the Naismith Basketball Hall of Fame.

Its easier to get into Springfield than it is to get into a game in a public park.

Yeah, he'll end up in the Hall. The standards are *not* that high.

Of the major sports, NBA is the ‘easiest’ to get into. I’m curious how the Pro Football HOF will handle the era of the quarterback. You have Manning, Brady, Rodgers, and Brees as locks. Numbers-wise (which means you need a close look at crossing eras), you’ll have guys like Ryan, Flacco, Rivers, Luck, Romo, Eli, Stafford, Wilson, Big Ben on the cusp.

I think NBA will see a similar issue. Scoring is up, so while 20 ppg used to be impressive, it is less so nowadays. You also have analytics that will factor heavily.

USA Basketball began scrambling around to gather its greatest was because they'd pretty much given up trying to beat Vlade Divac, Dino Radja, Drazen Petrovic and Toni Kukoc, the core of the Yugoslavian national team. At the 1987 under-19 world championship in Italy, at the 1988 Olympics in Seoul, at the 1990 Goodwill Games in Seattle. It was Vlade and Dino and Drazen and Toni, the latter perhaps the most accomplished of them all, outclassing the future stars of the NBA at every turn.

This is pretty interesting.

Actually, the NBA Hall of Fame is by far the hardest to get into, seeing as how it doesn’t exist.
