Mayfield, Wilson and Brees are all two inches taller. Do those two inches make or break a great qb?

im not counting him out

its the way the NFL is heading and last year i laughed when people say Mayfield could get drafted high

Kyler is a machine and i think he will get drafted in the first 3 rounds

I heard on the radio there have been 10-15 NFL scouts at every game watching him

Oh I think if he didn't play baseball and have that contract and what he's already said he'd be a first rounder.

mcshay said a couple weeks ago if he said he was committed to football. he is a first rd pick. Its a weak qb class. He is the same height as russel wilson.

dont make this an argument about pay. He would absolutely make more in baseball the only reason he could choose football is if that's the sport he loved

Russell Wilson got drafted so yes and if he does, he'll go somewhere good and experience probably the same progression and development as Wilson did because these two players are very similar in so many more ways than people are publicly recognizing right now all the way to their baseball backgrounds, really really fascinating. Plus I think Kysman's height will preclude him from being drafted real high not much great precedent for 5'9 QBs being drafted first round like ever.

He has a great arm, good decision maker, and really quick in space. He is extremely slight in frame, but he hasn't been hit too much because of his elusiveness

That's a Russell Wilson scouting report and he would have gone #2 overall in the 2012 draft if the teams could do it over again

ETA: Changed #1 overall to #2 overall because Luck would have still gone #1

All this and he will 100% try to avoid being hit. He plays baseball so his slide is on point every single time. He'll also run out of bounds with the quickness.

IMOA, he's a first rounder if he didn't have the baseball thing in GMs minds.

Mayfield, Wilson, and Brees are 6'0ft and at 5'10, I think he'll be alright.

Read an article crunching the numbers. Lamar Jackson, will make significant more than Murray if Murray doesn't get a second contract. A lot of mediocre QBs lije Chase Daniels has raked in 50+mil in career earnings.

He's still very raw in baseball. Was more of a 2-3rd round grade than a 9th pick.

its called GUARANTEED money kid. He is only guaranteed $4mill n baseball, then if everythibg works out in a couple yrs in minors, no major injuries or setbacks.. he can make more i baseball.

But if he can be a top 15 pick in the nfl he is GUARANTEED 10-30million on the spot. If someone offered you 15million tomorrow no questions asked or 4million and said if you do really good the nexy 2 years, progress and dont get hurt we can give you more what do you do?

NOTHING LIKE GUARANTEED MONEY

there is a key word there IF.

The guaranteed money with first rd nfl pick now trumps any of that IF
