By fans and players "Let's go! Let's go!". Players using it is fine. I get it. Big play happens. Getting your team pumped up. When I see fans doing it though I'm just like "Calm down bro". It's usually accompanied by arms straight down in front of them, fists clinched, and some kind of hopping motion and walking back and forth.

If you can’t get excited about your team why even bother watching?

Since you referenced team I’m going to assume you don’t watch much tennis. It must be mandatory for after a big point accompanied by a fist pump.

That being said, it still doesn’t bother me.

well to be fair if they say "lets stay lets stay" that would just sound stupid

booger likes to say during every game that "the team who scores the most is gonna win this thing" so there is a lot of stupid sayings in sports but the announcers are usually the ones saying the stupidest shite

God I hate this, as if America had no soccer history or we couldn't make soccer uniquely American.

No we had to appropriate EVERYTHING from the EPL, from team names, err...Clubs, to kits, wearing scarves, from field to pitch, calling players wankers and mental or daft, if someone misses a goal it's bad luck and bloody hell.

So I tell the swamp donkey to sock it before I give her a trunky in the tradesman's entrance and have her lick me yardballs!
