Is the ACC Atlantic Division is the 2nd best division in CFB? (Read description)

I was checking out Tomahawk Nation(FSU's board) and a lot of them were saying that the Atlantic Division is the 2nd best division and all that. Obviously I disagree but I'm biased, so I figured to ask on MSB where I may get more unbiased opinions.

Who is even in that division? FSU, Clemson, Miami.... Uhhhhh

Probably not the second strongest, but close. FSU, Clemson, Louisville make up a decent division.

Lol I really don't know if they have divisions or not. I know they all play each other now and are only 10 teams. Figured these arse clowns would still have divisions for some odd reason
