Is Joe Flacco really that much better than Matt Ryan?

I've been checking out both teams' forums and other sporting news sites.
The conensus appears to be that Flacco will indeed get $20 million a season, while Ryan should (and might) get $13-15 million a season.
Those numbers were taken from the falcon fans on their forum.
Is Flacco really that much better because of the post season wins? Would you take Flacco on your team over Matt Ryan?

if the falcons get ryan for 13-15M per and the ravens are stupid enough to pay flacco 20M per, the falcons are HUGE winners

I would take Flacco as well. But its close.
Flacco has a better defense, offensive line, and RB. Ryan has the best WR's/TE in the league.

Again, never said how much money I would pay him. I said I would take Flacco over Ryan.
I will say that if I am the Ravens, there is no way in hell I am letting him go.

Many Falcon fans believe Ryan will take less money to help out the franchise.

Wishful thinking. And it's not a judgment against Ryan's character. It's just business.
