22 years old is not prime they were basIcally kids up against a prime lebron super team. Young teams don’t win titles in NBA.
Well I guess the Fab 3 regressed some when they did hit their true prime.

Meh. He has had lots of bad games. So has butler. Whether or not a player gets a pass from the pundits and all for bad games depends on how accomplished they are. Butler getting off so easy for bad games puts him in the tier of other players who get passes for bad games. Once you reach the next tier, no passes.

I bet if we took a GM poll all 32 NBA teams would take Butler>Harden

I was not comparing Hardin to butler. I was saying how you talk about Hardin in the playoffs (2nd round champ) if his teams wins it is because how amazing Hardin is, if they lose it is because everyone else except Hardin. I have never seen a post where you say Harden played like shite and cost his team.

Not this year he wasn’t. When the data says he is the best offensive player then that’s what we go with. This season? No. Clear all star caliber but not best.

The biggest game of his career is the one that is being played. Games 3-5 he was 10 for 40. Each game is the “biggest game” while it is being played none of the previous games matter. Once that ball is tipped That game is always the biggest.
Wait. So the biggest games in his career are the most current ones he played except THE most recent one?
Why is game 6 not included as “biggest game in his career”?

You have to understand, WBB is still jaded about butler spurning the rockets in 2019. This was in the height of his ‘everybody wants to play with harden’ nonsense.
How summer 2019 started: Here jimmy jimmy jimmy
How summer 2019 ended: Jimmy Butler 'ghosted' Harden, Rockets in 2019 offseason

The only person getting a pass here is Jim Harden

Jimmy has always been one of my top 5 favorite players. I hate to have to critique Jimmy. But anytime you compare 2 players one will come out on top. And in this case it is not Jimmy.
