The answer is obviously yes. But I bet you lose some when you tell them those 3 wins happen in the first 6 years. After which the team is mired in mediocrity without a playoff win for the next 20.

Maybe so.
But because those titles occurred so closely together they are more memorable. John Doe on the street probably remembers the Cowboys being really good in the ‘90s. Maybe not so much the Ravens and Steelers winning a couple of Super Bowls years apart.
