but you only get regional games to begin with on those networks. I'm sure it would be a cheap buy

each week, there is a feature 3 o clock game, it alternates between networks that gets to most of the country, minus the 2 markets of other games at that time. However, have any of you saying MNF should be flexed bother to think about what changing a game from 1 on Sunday to 8 on Monday might do to the people with tickets to said game?

You can't flex schedule a game onto a different day, it just isn't happening.

This has been my attitude with the NFL in general lately. It just seems so much more boring than it used to be. Between all the roughness penalties and starting the ball on the 20 every freaking kick off, it has lost some of it's appeal, IMO.

This has been the worst regular season I've ever seen personally. I know America is so football-crazed we'll watch anything but this game they're parading around right now is not football, it's just not.

As for MNF, if nothing else they have to bump up the kickoff time. It starts waaaay too late for anyone with a reasonable job on the east coast to be able to watch the whole game. It's absurd how late games start.

no but then the west coast complains because they're still commuting when the game starts... they wish they could tape-delay it lol

MNF sucks a lot but, theres nothing else to watch. usually if the game sucks, I just do something else, if it's good I watch.

It's run it's course and has become a joke. The games are crap. The coverage is crap. It's just not what it once was back in Cosell's days. I hate to say it, but I think it's time to stop playing NFL on Monday nights.

are you crazy? It is one of the highest rated cable programs, the coverage (and I fricking hate ESPN) is very good. It will never be what it was in Cosell's days because he is fricking dead, there are a million more programming choices, and the nfl is much more accessible...

get rid of it?

they're making alot of money with that program

Edit: the colts and a couple of other teams have pretty much made SNF a snoozefest this year

Jags > Ravens is pretty good tv, to me.

And it's never ESPN's fault if a team is hyped to be awesome (Dallas, Philly, etc) and just doesn't deliver.

Haven't watched a MNF game in 20 years. Comes on too late at night. That's why I watch SNF. Earlier start.
