Yes and will be 2-1 National champions against the field.
In 9 years out of the 10 year run of the 4 team playoff Bama wins, or a team that beat Bama wins the national championship.
Last years illegitimate championship where TCU was in over Bama was the only one it didn't happen.
We all saw what a debacle that was.
Any playoff without a 12-1 SEC champ with the best wins and 1 loss coming to a 12 win Big 12 champ would have been illegitimate.
Bama is college football and all of your little programs are just footnotes in the story of Bama.
Just fodder to magnify the legend that is Bama.
It's a Bama world and you all are just living in it.

Honestly the better hypothetical to show how horse shite this is is to replace Florida States name with Clemson. We'd be arguing over if TX or AL was the correct 4th place
