He also didn’t seem too prepared for the game. Both he and Al messed up which players were involved multiple times. Neither one of them seemed really into the job. Later in the game Al was complaining that he was overworked and couldn’t golf.

Why do people want this? It results in too much fricking talking from the color analyst. I don't need the analyst talking non-stop before the play, the PBP talking non-stop during the play, and the analyst talking non-stop after the play about what just happened. The analyst trying to predict what happens (and usually getting it right MAYBE half the time) is kind of annoying. Sit back, shut up, and listen to the crowd/anticipation build.
